Today marks Yom HaShoah, the day we honor the memory of the 6 million Jews who perished in the Holocaust.
As we remember the lives of those who perished because of Nazi persecution and anti-Semitism, we declare: Never Again.
In the face of increasing anti-Semitism today, and with recent synagogue shootings in Pittsburgh and Poway, we remain even more vigilant to the threats that such hate poses. We declare once more: Never Again.
We will continue to work with our partners in the Phoenix Jewish community, and outside the Jewish community, to combat hatred and anti-Semitism so that “Never Again” rings true today and for future generations.
